You don’t need to hear an applause on the way to where you are going for your destination to be valuable.

Don’t quit or lose hope even if it looks like you are not receiving as much support as other people are. Focus on being consistent and keep learning and improving and growing.

These days, It’s very easy to compare your journey with other people. (especially with social media amplifying the successes of people who are doing the same things you are.)

And it’s easy to become discouraged and sad and wonder whether they have two heads.

It's easy to ask why people who do the same things you do in the same industry get visibility, support and recognition and you seem stuck in a corner where nobody cares about you.

Step away from self pity, adjust your crown and keep working. Everyone's timeline is different.

Ask for help when you need it, learn from those you need to learn from, don't look for premature validation and applause. Measure your success by your impact and keep working to deliver value.
